Fr. Emmanuel

Fr. Emmanuel Tabi Mensah, a Ghanaian by birth, was ordained a priest on July 11, 1992.  He was raised by a Catholic family and reckons his faith and vocation from his Catholic upbringing. Before his appointment to St. Mary of the Presentation Parish as an Associate Pastor in 2014 and then Pastor in 2015, he had previously served as:
